I organized nearly 90 boxes to be sent to my coworkers in the UK, and I must say, Helen and her crew were fantastic; the boxes showed up super fast. We encountered a few hiccups with some folks entering their info, but Helen was on it and helped us sort it out. The boxes were packed with a delightful assortment of goodies, ensuring there was something for all tastes. We even had a card made with our company logo and a personal message. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It was a breeze to put together a custom box, and the person I gave it to was really happy with the gifts. A bit on the expensive side, but hey, you're getting a whole package, not just a couple of things thrown in a box.

I’m really let down by what was in my box. It was supposed to include an eye mask and a candle, but the eye mask is just a one-time use thing, and the candle is just a tea light. The socks and soap are decent, but honestly, for such a big box and a hefty price, I expected more than just a few items.

I can't comment on the item since the parcel hasn't shown up yet! Unfortunately, the expected delivery date has passed, and my daughter is away. I placed my order on December 2nd, aiming for it to arrive by December 10th. I figured as long as it got here before December 20th, it would be alright. But I get it, mail in Hong Kong can be a bit sluggish. Once it finally arrives, I’ll update my review because I really thought your ordering process and gift selection were fantastic! You’ve got a wonderful variety of products, and I feel kinda bad giving a lower rating, but I’m just bummed that my daughter hasn’t gotten her gifts yet!

I do wish they had a few more snack options, like, you know, regular dairy milk Cadbury or some shortbread.
